Patient Pain Evaluation

Our pain management physicians carefully evaluate each patient by reviewing the patient’s medical history and analyzing the neurological and physical condition to find the source of the pain. The physician then asks a series of questions ranging from starting date, intensity, duration and location of the pain. From this analysis, the physician may order a series of tests, such as MRI or CT scan, to further investigate the pain and develop a diagnosis.
